Demuro Residence, Gainey Ranch, Scottsdale Arizona.
Description: Complete 6000 SF residential remodel including hardwood floors and stairs, custom railings, tile floors and showers, granite/marble counter tops, complete cabinet refinish with 3 step finish, handcarved marble arches and fireplaces, all new electrical and plumbing fixtures, custom island at kitchen, new custom arched top entry door and complete re-paint and custom finishes.

Description: Complete 5500 SF residential remodel including stone/tile floors and showers, granite/marble counter tops, all new cabinets throughout with cabinet refinish with 3 step finish, handcarved marble arches and fireplaces, plaster groin vaults, all new electrical and plumbing fixtures, custom island at kitchen, new custom arched top entry door and complete re-paint and custom finishes.

Aylesworth Residence, Phoenix, Arizona
Description: 4000 SF Interior and exterior remodel including new mudset Mexican clay tile roof, removal and replacement of roof structure, new tile flooring and shower, new carpeting, new hardwood stairs and railings, new stone at exterior elevations, new and re-work of electrical and plumbing, new air conditioning system and complete re-paint.

Bertrand Residence, Paradise Valley  Arizona
Description: Complete 5000 SF residential remodel including hardwood floor, tile floor and showers, complete cabinet refinish, rework of electrical/plumbing/HVAC, new driveways and sidewalks, removal of swimming pool, new wrought iron fencing, new door & windows, new custom entry, new BBQ and site walls at rear yard, complete repaint.

Gilbert Residence, Gilbert, Arizona
Description: Complete 4300 SF New-Build including stained concrete floors, synthetic exterior finish system with mottled and stained finish, interior Venetian Plaster, metal clad wood doors and windows, standing seam metal roof with rusted finish, custom cabinets with Cherry finish, slab stone counter tops, recessed tile base and custom Steel & Glass entry.

The Episcopal Church of The Epiphany, Tempe Arizona.
Description: Combined 10,000 SF commercial remodel at (2) buildings including addition of new 2nd floor area, custom kitchen and new restrooms. Scope of work included extensive structural modifications, automatic fire sprinklers and alarm, new gas service, new communication system, new kitchen hood with exhaust and fire suppression system, all new kitchen equipment, all new power and lighting, all new HVAC, all new underground and top-out plumbing requirements and, floor coverings and finishes.

Banner Health Support Services Building, Sun City West Arizona
Description: Exterior repairs to 10,000 SF facility. Scope of work included remove and replace damaged metal fascia, repair damaged wood framing, remove and re-install roof tiles and metal flashing, drywall repairs and exterior painting.

Assumption Greek Orthodox Church, Scottsdale Arizona.
Description: Complete exterior repair, waterproofing and re-finishing of 5,000 SF masonry building. Scope of work included sandblasting of all exterior masonry, new metal flashings, plaster repairs and new synthetic plaster finish and installation of Dow Allguard coating.

Wells Fargo, Phoenix Arizona.
Description: 4000 SF commercial structural repair project. Scope of work included re-suspension of gypsum ceiling system in plenum, removal and replacement of entire structural metal deck system, drywall repairs, plaster repairs and finishes. All work performed after hours.

Arizona School of Massage Therapy, Tempe Arizona.
Description: 3000 SF tenant improvement / education facility. Scope of work included design, plan development and permitting. New restrooms, cabinets and countertops, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, acoustic ceilings, floor covering, new doors and painting.
